We process the data you provide through the quote form or by phone, email or WhatsApp in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage the commercial relationship and, where applicable, the works themselves.

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where it exists, the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.

Name, phone number, email address, location and project details, together with any photos, plans or documents you choose to attach. We do not request special categories of data — please do not include sensitive information in the files.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, if the works are contracted, for the legal tax and warranty retention periods. It is then deleted.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use hosting and file storage providers acting as data processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to deniaconstrucciones@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
