Full renovation of a villa on the slopes of the Montgó, in Dénia. The living areas were opened up, the original arches were recovered and the timber beams were left exposed to keep the Mediterranean character of the house.
A complete new kitchen, two bathrooms and all the plumbing and electrical installations were carried out, along with flooring and painting throughout the property.
